How to Remove or Hide Friend Request Button On Facebook

Facebook the worlds best social networking site, in the facebook we chat with our friends,share pictures,share videos and like the famous pages and many more.

But the problem is that sometimes we receive friend requests from unknown persons we don't know the person in the case of girls this problem is more so to rectify this problem im posting thesolution for this in this article let's start.

Follow these steps to disable or remove friend request button on your FB profile for strangers.

Step1:

First you need to Sign in to your Facebook Account and next click on the Down Arrow Key Sign located on the uppermost right corner of the Facebook Home Page. After clicking on the Down Arrow Key Sign a drop down menu will open. Now click on "Settings" from the drop down menu.

Step2:

In the settings go to privacy Privacy from the left side menu.

Step3:

In the privacy select who can contact me?

Now go to the section Who can contact me? and click on Edit of Who can send you friend requests?settings.

Step4:

Now change everyone to friends of friends.

Now click on Friends of Friends from the drop-down menu. here selected Everyone is default.That means anybody can send you friend request.

Now click on Close to complete the settings. check it if you have another Facebook Account.

Step5:

From now you cannot receive friend requests from strangers and this method will hide your addfriend button from profile.

Note: Remember, You have no right to hide your Facebook Add Friend Button for all. but You can only hide the button only from the strangers. But your friends of friends that is mutual Friends will be able to send you friend requests to you if they want.
