Steps for How to Grant Access to Your Gmail Account
Step 1
First open your Gmail acccount and click on the Gear icon on the top right corner to select the Settings.
Step 2
In the Gmail Settings, go to Accounts and Import Tab and click on the link Add another account under the option Grant access to your account.
Step 3
Now enter the email address you want to share your emails rights to, After you enter the email address, Gmail will send an email to the delegated account asking for his confirmation.
Step 4
A confirmation email will now be sent to the person you added. Once he confirms by clicking on the linksent in the email, now he will be able to read and send emails on your behalf.
Step 5
By any time you can remove delegate your email account anymore, You can revoke access to the delegates any time you want by clicking on the delete option next to the account you want to remove.
