The success in the CEED Common Entrance Examination for Design exam will depend on the originality and innovative skills of the candidate more than their academic knowledge. In the CEED entrance exam, ever applicant will be evaluated in their design aptitude, visual insight, drawing talent and communication ability. The candidates qualifying in the CEED will be admitted into post graduate MD courses at the Industrial Design centre. The candidate should have completed any under graduate degree in design or Engineering.
The CEED Entrance Exam has two parts. The time allotted for the exam is 3 hours. The questions will be asked in relation to problem recognition and testing, drawing ability, communication plan and logical calculation.

8. Time management can be learnt from practicing the old question papers in a fixed time. They should allot time for each section and cover all the portions thoroughly.
9. Last but most prominent tips for CEED exam preparation is all you need is pencil and brains. Always try to use 2 grades of pencil. A wooden pencil works best.
