Father of Java Joined Google

James Gosling Creator of Java just left Oracle Corporation and joined Google. He earlier worked with Sun Microsystems which was recently acquired by Oracle Corporation.

Java language has been enjoying a top rank in TIOBE index for years.

The reason for quitting Oracle given by James Gosling is:

“My ability to decide anything at Oracle was minimized.Oracle is an extremely micromanaged company. Therefore, I and my peers in the Java area were not allowed to decide anything.”
