(ALC India) is a 9-year old, Hyderabad-based social enterprise that transforms the livelihoods of marginalized communities including farmers, weavers, dairy farmers and tribals. Are you a communication professional with 3-4 years’ experience? We have a challenging opportunity in our Hyderabad office. The Communication Challenge - Internalize, articulate and help evolve the branding of ALC India through an integrated understanding of the communities, models, platforms, services and partner ecosystem that ALC India works with  - Contribute to the execution of an Integrated Communication blueprint through appropriate campaigns and ongoing activities  - Document models, best practices, good practices and success stories  - Carry out field visits to create case studies, stories of change and programme outcomes  - Develop an asset base (such as photos and videos) for communication requirements  - Develop communication materials including brochures, presentations, fact sheets, blogs, posters, investment notes, videos, photo essays, presentations, press releases etc.  - Identify, interact, engage and manage communications agencies (including digital, design, content, photography and film) to develop and produce marketing communication and material for internal and external communication  - Co-ordinate with stakeholders for dissemination of information on broader aspects as well as programme/project achievements and learnings  The Documentation & Knowledge Management Challenge - Create and edit reports and proposals  - Research (primary and secondary)  - Generate articles, papers and other documents  - Help develop an effective and user-friendly Knowledge Management system What We Expect of You - Good conceptualization capabilities  - Excellent written and oral communication skills in English  - Delivering integrated messages and campaigns across a variety of offline and online channels, including emerging technologies and social media  - A keen sense for research  - Experience in structuring and drafting new project proposals  - Ability to work in a team and in multi-stakeholder settings  - Ability to write in Telugu would be an advantage  - Willingness to travel - Ability to work with tight deadlines, prioritize and work under pressure  - Must be proficient with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)  What We Offer - A way to take the road less travelled - A workplace to live your values - A down-to-earth and dynamic work environment - A result-oriented culture - A fulfilling and rewarding opportunity - A chance to contribute to large scale impact Interested?  We would be delighted to hear from you.
