As part of Corporate Social Responsibility the Navayuga Group is starting a world-class residential school by name Navaneeta Public School, in partnership with St Mary’s Educational Society, Hyderabad. The school is located 24 Kms from Nellore City in Nellore District. 

Education to all students will be provided free of cost. 

Navaneeta Public School will follow different pedagogical approaches to optimize enrolment of children of all ages- 
• A Multigrade-Multilevel (MGML) 
• Activity Based Learning (ABL)
• Multi-Age Multi-Level (MAML),

The applicants should be willing to go beyond the traditional classroom approach and adopt innovative teaching methods to ensure that every child is brought within the fold of complete and quality education.

The school building, infrastructure & hostel facility for students will be ready by July / August 2014. For the first year teachers will be provided semi-furnished accommodation near the school, and transport (pick-up & drop from School) will be arranged by the Management.

By the end of first Academic year, Residential facility will be ready for Teachers within the school campus.

Vacancies for various posts:

Hindi Teacher: The candidate should have a B.Ed degree with minimum 3-5 years full time teaching experience (in the subject applied for) as a PGT/TGT in a reputed CBSE/State board schools.

English Teacher: The candidate should have a B.Ed degree with minimum 3-5 years full time teaching experience (in the subject applied for) as a PGT/TGT in a reputed CBSE/State board schools. Fluency in spoken English is very important. 

Girl’s hostel warden: 
Candidate has to take care of Students of 3-7th std (girls)
General Hostel Administration (Hostel Maintenance, Student Record Maintenance). 
The candidate should be dedicated, warm and empathetic. Knowledge of First-Aid is essential. Candidates with 3-5 years experience in a residential school. Candidates with social work background and degree can also apply.

Librarian: The candidate should enjoy reading and have good knowledge of books. Graduates in social work or library science can apply. The candidate should be fluent in spoken English. 

Art& craft: The candidate should have Diploma / Certificate course in respective area with minimum 3-5 years experience in relevant field.

Physics: The candidate should have a B.Ed degree with minimum 3-5 years full time teaching experience (in the subject applied for) as a PGT /TGT preferably in a reputed CBSE/state board schools.

Computer Teacher: 
UG - BCA - Computers, B.Sc/MSc Computers 
PG - MCA - Computers 

Candidate must be confident, active, able to handle classes from III to VII, should have the knowledge of MS Office 2007, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, FrontPage, Internet. The candidate should be able to interact and teach school children and have good spoken English Skills. 

Accountant: The candidate should have B.Com degree and have worked for minimum 1 year in an educational institution.
