With headquarters in Faizabad, PANI is presently working in 19 districts of eastern UP.  It was founded in 1986 by some prominent and devoted social workers from ‘Sarvodaya’ (upliftment of all people) background with Gandhian ideology and became a registered society in 1989. Its main aim is to promote social harmony and national integration through people’s action and grass-root level development work. It promotes integrated and participatory initiatives for community empowerment & development with rights-based approach.  PANI is an equal opportunity employer and encourages women to apply for every position. 1- Senior Program Manager for a community health program Location: Faizabad, Uttar Pradesh Salary: Salary is Rs. 25,000-31,000 per month depending upon qualification and work experience. Qualification & Experience: • Post Graduation in Public Health/Post Graduate Diploma in Public Health/Or any other similar professional qualifications • At least 5 to 7 years experience of working on issues of community health. Work experience in implementing maternal and child health projects would be an advantage.  • Demonstrated ability in program management, knowledge of development sector issues and a clear understanding about the dynamics of donor agencies Desirables Skills:  1) Manage the implementation of project and provide leadership to team.  2) Represent organization at meetings with funding agencies, government officials etc. 3) Provide close cooperation and mentoring support to staff/colleagues 4) Ensure the appropriate flow and management of information on matters relevant to program 5) Observe, reflect and act in order to manage the day to day operation and management 6) Technically review and evaluate the project progress 7) Having appropriate levels of maturity and inter-personal skill, sound leadership and management capabilities 8) Having strong analytical skill and strong written communication and negotiation skill; and having able to work in output-oriented mode. Note: Women candidate will be preferred for this position. 2- MIS cum Documentation Coordinator -2  Job location: Bhiti Block in Ambedkarnagar district, UP. It is located 40 Km from Faizabad Uttar Pradesh Salary: Rs. 10,000-14, 400 + EPF (Depending upon qualification and work experience) Qualifications and Experiences required:  • Graduate or post graduate with at least 3 to 5 years experience of working in development sector  • He/she should have the knowledge of data collection & analysis aspects.  • Good translation skills from Hindi to English and English to Hindi. • Good skills of computer operations 3- Child Protection & Participation Coordinator in a Child Centered Development Project Job location: Bhiti Block in Ambedkarnagar district, UP. It is located at 40 Km from Faizabad. Salary: Rs. 10,000 - 15, 373 + EPF (Depending upon qualification and work experience) Qualifications and Experiences required:  • Master of Social Work (MSW)/ Graduate or Post Graduate in any discipline but  • At least 3 to 5 years experience of working in development sector of which at least 1-2 years worked focus in Child Development. • Good administrative skills.  • He/she should be capable to manage the program at every level • He/she should be computer friendly. 4. Project Coordinator- 1 & Supervisor- 1 for a project on education of girl child Job location: Bhiti Block in Ambedkarnagar district, UP. It is 40 Km from Faizabad  Salary for Project Coordinator: Rs.15, 000 + EPF Salary Supervisor: Rs. 8,000 - 10, 000+EPF Qualifications and Experiences required:  • Master of Social Work (MSW)/ Graduate or Post Graduate in any discipline  • 3 to 5 years experience of working in development sector and at least 1-2 years worked focus in Child Development and Education project a • Should have also the knowledge of administrative aspects.  • Should be capable to manage the program at every level • Should be computer friendly.  • Some experience of conducting training is desirable.  5. Block Coordinator- 5 in a project on equal wages for Women Job location: Five blocks in In rural set-up at 9 Block in Ambedkarnagar district, UP.  Salary: Rs.12,000 - 14, 000 +EPF (Depending upon qualification and work experience) Qualifications and Experiences required:  • Master of Social Work (MSW)/Graduate or Post Graduate in any discipline  • At least 3 to 5 years experience of working in development sector and at least 1-2 years worked focus in Women empowerment  • He/she should have the knowledge of administrative aspects.  • He/she should be capable to manage the program at every level • He/she should be computer friendly.  6. Administrative & Accounts Officer- 1  Job location: Ambedkarnagar district, UP.  Salary: Rs. 12,000 - 14, 000 + EPF (Depending upon qualification and work experience) Qualifications and Experiences required:  • B.Com or M.Com  • At least 3 to 5 years experience of working in development sector as Accountant  • Should have also the knowledge of administrative aspects.  • Should be capable to manage the Foreign Contributions.  • Should be computer friendly with knowledge of Tally ERP.
