Assistant Manager (Industry): 67 Posts
Education Qualification: BE/ B.Tech. degree in Electrical and Electronics/ Textile/ Chemical/ Mechanical Engineering/ Production Engineering degree (Graduation) with first class or equivalent CGPA.

Manager (Specialized Verticals – Credit, Risk, HR & Marketing): 90 Posts
Education Qualification: Two years full time regular Postgraduatediploma/ degree in Management from reputed institutions like IIMs or XLRI etc. or Certified Financial Analyst.

Manager (Treasury/ Financial Products/ Financial Services): 40 Posts
Education Qualification: Two years full time regular Postgraduatequalification in Management (Banking & Financial Service/ Banking Management/ Banking Technology) or Certified Financial Analyst.

Manager (Planning & Economist): 18 Posts
Education Qualification: Two years full time regular Post graduation in Economics (Mathematic and Statistics) or Econometrics or M.Sc. (Statistics). 

Manager (Security): 11 Posts
Education Qualification: Graduation. 

Manager (Cost Accountant): 02 Posts
Education Qualification: Qualified Cost Accountant from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India. 

Manager (Corporate Communications): 02 Posts
Education Qualification: Two years full time regular Master degree in Journalism/ Mass Communication with first class or equivalent CGPA. 

Senior Manager (Treasury): 04 Posts
Education Qualification: Post Graduation or MBA from reputed institutions or Chartered Accountant or Cost of Accountant or Certified Financial Analyst.

Senior Manager (Risk Management): 03 Posts
Education Qualification: Charted Accountant or Certified Financial Analyst or MBA degree (Finance) with Risk Management as a subject. Preference will be given to FRM/ PRM.

Chief Manager (Credit): 10 Posts
Education Qualification: Bachelors degree in the relevant discipline and Qualified Chartered Accountant/ MBA Finance/ PGDBM/ PGDBA. Or Certified Financial Analyst. 

Chief Manager (Economist): 02 Posts
Education Qualification: Masters degree in Economics/ Econometrics. Preference will be given to candidates with M.Phil./ PhD. 

Chief Manager (Chartered Accountant): 01 Post
Education Qualification: Bachelors degree in the relevant discipline and Qualified Chartered Accountant from institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Chief Manager (Risk Management): 01 Post
Education Qualification: Chartered Accountant or Certified Financial Analyst or MBA degree (Finance) with Risk Management as a subject.

Application Fee: Rs. 50/- (Postal charges) for SC/ ST/ PWD candidates and Rs. 550/- for all other candidates.

Selection Procedure: Selection will be done through examination followed by Interview.
