He has one brother Shishir Bajaj with whom there was a recent business disagreement and settlement.His sons Rajiv Bajaj and Sanjiv Bajaj are involved in the management of his companies. He has one daughter Sunaina Kejriwal who is married to Manish Kejriwal. He was recently ( June 2006) nominated to the Rajya Sabha from Maharashtra, with cross party support from the BJP, Shiv Sena and NCP.
