Huawei Ascend Y100 Price In India: The Huawei Ascend Y100 is an entry level Android device that’s cheap, cheerful and has a surprisingly reasonable set of specifications. It’s 800Mhz single core processor isn’t particularly powerful, but is still nippier than some devices. The dinky 2.8? touchscreen is pleasingly capacitive rather than resistive, and while the resolution is quite low (it reminded me of the HTC Wildfire) images are relatively crisp and bright.
The Y100 comes packed with Android 2.3 Gingerbread and Huawei’s own UI which is quite discreet compared with the likes of HTC’s Sense or Samsung Touchwiz. The camera is just 2 mega pixels but images looks pretty good and the shutter was surprisingly fast. It also comes with 512MB of storage, but also has a Micro SD slot that you can expand up to 32GB. Add to this WiFi and Bluetooth 2.1 and you have a nicely-featured little phone that very inexpensive.
