Audi is a manufacturer of exquisite premium luxury cars, catering the elite and rich class of consumers. In the year 2007, a division of Volkswagen Group Sales India Pvt. Ltd. (Mumbai) launched Audi India. After conquering the Chinese Automobile Markets, the manufacturer decided to launch its manufacturing units in India, in collaboration with their sister concern Skoda which has manufacturing units in India. Right now fully imported parts of Audi cars are assembled at the Aurangabad plant of Skoda Auto.
